The one night only deck art benefit, Bored of Canvas, at Bobby Paul in Port Moody made $600 in the period of 3 hours. With only six artists, the show had great results that will go toward Share Food Bank.

I did a deck using acrylic watered down to look more like watercolor.
There was a Holiday Festival going on at the same time. The free horse carriage rides had kids and parents lined up for a couple blocks.
Bands played without the aid of gloves even though it was freezing.
Gingerbread cookies were created and consumed.
Some great cookies were made.
The cookie I decorated was more abstract expressionist in nature.

The children’s choir sang their little lungs out.
Bonhomme was there.
Santa was there as well but with his hand sanitizer.
Chestnuts were roasted.
Marshmallows were toatsted (with care).
